Adventure Time paintings for Mondo: MATHEMATICAL!!

Wow, I really wish I could have been in Austin, Texas last night! If you've been following all the Mondo updates recently you might have seen a few clues that the theme for their second gallery show would be for Adventure Time, and I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this amazing group show. Mondo asked me if I wanted to do two original paintings for the show, and I was elated to have an excuse to get off the computer for a couple weeks and start painting again (something I hadn't done in almost 2 years).  Adventure Time is seriously the most surreal, bizarre, and inspiring show I have seen since Ren & Stimpy, I could have done 30 more painting if they would have let me!

"Victory" is an acrylic painting on 15" by 25" birch panel, framed.
"Candy Kingdom" is also an acrylic painting on 15" by 20" birch panel, framed.

To view snap shots of the entire show, check out the Nerdlocker.
If interested in purchasing any pieces, email gallery@mondotees.com (original's only)

If you haven't seen Adventure Time yet, this YOUTUBE VIDEO should give you an idea of what you're in for.

I would also like to thank Val at Pennington Frames in Columbus for doing an AMAZING job framing these up and getting them to Austin safe and sound. And of course, a huge thanks to the guys at Mondo for allowing me to take part in such a killer show.
